What You’ll Do

  • Network with Independent Service Providers (plumbers, electricians, handymen, etc.) through the NEST Independent Service Provider (ISP) network.
  • Assist Specialists and Management in reviewing bid/proposal processes to validate scope of work and pricing, focusing on getting the best price for our client. Review for accuracy and cost‑cutting opportunities based on client benchmarks.
  • Gather and assist with submitting detailed business information for evaluation, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospect’s business problems.
  • Support Specialists and Project Managers with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate with contacts involved, reviewing and analyzing RFI, RFP, and RFQ customer documents using strategic acumen, problem‑solving skills, and vision to develop unique solutions for a variety of clients.
  • Assist in preparation of quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
  • Follow up with ISPs on outstanding proposals and any other required information as needed.
  • Fully understand and implement NEST values: responsibility to our clients, to each other, and to our providers.
  • Provide support and counseling to employees regarding proper job and system processes and procedures as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Carry on business conversations with business owners and decision makers.
  • Handle client correspondence (service calls) and communicate effectively with the client on all general questions and issues, resolving them within the organization.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by responding to problems quickly through investigation and resolution.
  • Familiarity with 3rd‑party correspondence (e.g., Facility Source, Service Channel), ISP Portal, and IVR Systems.
  • Basic understanding of the Project department workflow and System Z (Internal Work Order Management System).
  • Assist with adding non‑compliant ISPs to work orders.
  • Assist in proactive and reactive ISP new hiring process.
  • Add proposals/preparing proposals (cost screen in System Z).
  • Collect RFPs from NEST providers.
  • Understand client needs and their typical service requests.
  • Identify new areas for benchmark pricing.
  • Schedule services with ISPs and clients.
  • Communicate with customers on sensitive and escalated items.
  • Continually search for faster, better, and more efficient ways to handle the workflow.
  • Contribute to procedures that improve department performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of customer service or facility management experience
  • Strong phone, email, and customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
