Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and field teams. This role is heavily operations-focused and plays a key part in keeping projects organized, cost-controlled, and running efficiently.

This is not a general admin roleprior construction experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and tracking
• Manage purchase orders, material procurement, and vendor communication
• Track project costs, invoices, and job budgets
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
• Process and track field timesheets and workforce data
• Assist with scheduling updates and internal project coordination
• Ensure timely flow of information between office and field teams
• Help identify and resolve operational gaps to improve efficiency

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior experience in construction (field or office)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred:

• Advanced knowledge of building materials and construction practices
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Understanding of construction workflows and sequencing
