Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications.
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints with precision.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship and adherence to standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in a Construction Project Manager or similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
