Position Overview

We are seeking a high-level Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of a major project from pre-construction through completion.

This is not a support role — you will be responsible for execution, coordination, and delivery. You will be expected to lead from the front and ensure the project stays on schedule, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Lead pre-construction and coordination meetings with clients, architects, and internal team
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries
• Track budget, job costs, and project timelines
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Perform regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress
• Provide weekly progress reports to clients and leadership
• Identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact the project
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager (multi-trade / general contracting)
• Proven experience managing $1M–$5M projects from start to finish
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and job costing
• Ability to run a job site Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• Background in commercial construction, additions, or large renovations
• Experience working directly with architects and engineered plans
• Familiarity with tools such as JobTread, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar

Compensation

• 6–8 month contract (project-based role)
• Weekly pay
• Performance-based bonus tied to profitability, timeline, and execution
