ARCHITECT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (80%)

About the position

As part of our development, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect/Construction Manager to lead condominium construction projects, mainly located in the canton of Vaud. You will work on small to medium-sized construction sites, with a high requirement for execution quality and compliance with deadlines. You will be based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, with frequent travel to the various construction sites in Switzerland.

Missions and site management

• Preparation of submissions by CFC, and proposals for calls for tenders and selection of companies with the client
• Budget monitoring: variance analysis, cost management
• Coordination of plans with the architect, municipal authorities, and neighbors
• Guarantee of compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety
• Touch-ups and finishing

Your profile

• Knowledge of the SIA 118 standard, cost estimation
• Confirmed experience of at least 5-6 years in a similar role. Degree in building, architecture, or equivalent. A CAS in construction project management (HEIA Fribourg or equivalent) is an asset
• Mastery of construction techniques and site management
• Team management skills
• Keen sense of organization and budgetary rigor
• Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
• Analytical mind and sense of priorities
