Gate One is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Construction Project Manager position. The position is full-time. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with general contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, fabricators, and owners throughout projects. Primary responsibilities will include management of schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, inventory, equipment, and materials. The Construction Project Manager we are looking for will have previous experience in project management and construction management from either a general contractor, sub-contractor, or owner team. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.

Role Objectives

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project schedules; maintain weekly updates in CoConstruct.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and protect project budgets by reviewing all costs, coding invoices, and tracking allowances.
• Produce and maintain project documentation (daily logs with photos, jobsite reports, progress updates).
• Review and sign off on all shop drawings, quotes, and work orders prior to release.
• Coordinate with Contract Admin to initiate and document change orders, allowance adjustments, and purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly goal reviews (1-week, 2-week, 1-month lookaheads) with CM.
• Manage client communication during construction; provide timely updates and address concerns.
• Prepare project turnover package and participate in final walkthrough with client

Pay

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
