Position Overview
A reputable, well‑established General Contractor in the Raleigh area is seeking a Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm has a strong pipeline of commercial work and is known for delivering high‑quality projects across multifamily and diverse commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground‑up and/or large renovation projects, with a strong background in multifamily or a mix of commercial project types (office, retail, healthcare, etc.). This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years (PM) / 8+ years (Senior PM) of commercial construction experience
- Strong background in multifamily or diverse commercial projects required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software
Compensation
- Project Manager: $100,000 – $130,000+
- Senior Project Manager: $130,000 – $165,000
- Compensation flexible based on experience, plus bonus and benefits package
