The Role

• Oversee project delivery from construction through to handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, and safety
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and design teams
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Proven track record delivering construction projects successfully
• Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
