Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of residential construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and change orders
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and city officials to ensure all codes and requirements are met

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience managing both multi-family and single-family residential builds

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
