Construction Project Manager - Restaurants

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and coordinate restaurant construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and client satisfaction in commercial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for restaurant construction projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with restaurant construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
