Responsibilities

• Manage complex building projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost and timeline standards.
• Lead and supervise project teams of internal and external experts.
• Coordinate stakeholders including authorities and users to guarantee adherence to cost, time and quality standards.
• Oversee project development under the Design‑Build model across all phases.
• Manage the construction project for a high‑rise building in Hönggerberg and future projects of varying sizes and large‑cycle renovations and user projects with high technical requirements, from planning to implementation.

Qualifications

• Technical education at the level of a Fach- or Hochschulabschluss in architecture or civil engineering.
• Extensive experience with technically complex construction projects in a multi‑stakeholder environment, including long‑term experience as a construction owner representative.
• Strong experience with the Design‑Build model and a positive attitude towards this integral project delivery model.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution oriented, and experienced in driving optimizations together with planners and executors.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build constructive relationships and design interfaces effectively and goal‑oriented.
