Hybrid Superintendent / Project Manager – Multifamily Renovations

About AMT Development

AMT Development is a multifamily developer/GC managing multiple interior gut renovation projects across DC. Typical project size is 10-30 units (10,000 - 30,000 sf)

Role Overview

This role requires someone who can:

• Run multiple jobs in the field
• Understand scheduling and coordination
• Hold subcontractors accountable
• Build with quality and attention to detail

If you are primarily office-based or have not managed multiple projects at once, this is not the role.

• Manage 3–5 active renovation projects simultaneously
• Maintain strong field presence across all jobs
• Enforce schedules and coordinate trade sequencing
• Monitor subcontractor manpower and performance
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
• Ensure quality control and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance

Compensation

• $100K – $110K base
• $40K – $80K+ bonus tied to schedule and execution

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
