Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with strong background supervising federal/government construction projects in a general contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations
• Subcontractor coordination
• Scheduling/lookaheads
• Quality control
• Inspections
• Safety compliance
• Project execution from planning through completion

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing commercial or government construction sites
• Interpreting construction drawings/specifications
• Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintaining project schedules in fast-paced field environments
• Capable of stepping into projects with minimal training and independently driving field operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Experience with Army Corps projects, QCM standards, and government contracting environments preferred
• Long-term career-focused candidates strongly preferred

Pay

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
