Construction Support Manager /Quantity Surveying /Project Delivery

An established construction and project services organisation is seeking a Construction Support Manager to support project delivery across multiple sites.

This role is suited to a commercially strong construction professional with experience in contract administration, quantity surveying and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project resources, financial risks and contractual obligations across the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Eligible for professional registration with a recognised body
• Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry
• Experience in construction contract administration, including JBCC and NEC
• Strong understanding of financial risk management within projects
• Exposure to construction contract systems and frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Resource Management

• Manage project resources and support effective project delivery
• Engage with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project financials and identify risks
• Provide site and client advisory support

Quantity Surveying and Project Support

• Support projects through the inception, feasibility and procurement stages
• Manage documentation and contract administration processes
• Oversee the construction stage financial and contractual performance
• Support project close-out and final account processes
