What you can achieve

• Be the interface: As an IT Consultant, you are the link between specialist departments and the implementing IT, and you actively shape the transformation of our clients from various industries in their core processes and applications to guide them into the digital world.
• Move business topics: For our clients in public administration, you will move business topics and shape the associated business processes, select the appropriate technologies, and test our IT solutions.
• Provide strategic consulting: You will take on strategic consulting for the alignment and design of IT for our clients.
• Analyze and conceptualize: The analysis, modeling, and redesign of processes, components, and systems are just as much a part of your tasks as the conceptualization and requirements management of IT systems.
• Define and transform solutions: Define technology stacks and development environments and transform processes into service functions, components, and architectural solutions.
• Evaluate and take responsibility: Test management and the assessment of IT security are part of your responsibilities. You will also take on sub-project management, lead a project team, and manage project controlling.
• Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you will support acquisition and presales activities. You will actively build a network with clients and be able to generate leads.

How you will succeed

• Individuality: We don't just think in rigid requirement profiles that we absolutely require point by point. Experience and project business have shown us that it pays off for everyone to use and expand individual skills and competencies within the team.
• Sound knowledge: You have a degree in business administration with a minor in computer science, (business) computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Passion for digital transformation: A keen eye for the essentials and a passion for digital transformation processes are just as important as the desire to delve into new topics and discover new technologies, tools, etc.
• Consulting experience: You can demonstrate at least two experiences in consulting public administration or in IT project management and in the realization of application systems based on J2EE and/or .NET, whether through professional activities or private/scientific projects. You have expertise and process know-how in public administration.
• Methodological knowledge: Knowledge in the areas of business analysis, process analysis and modeling, requirements engineering, and design specification.
• Soft skills: In addition, you score points with great enthusiasm for learning, your open, communicative, and helpful nature, as well as your drive and analytical-conceptual skills.
• Certificates: You have already successfully completed a certification as Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level D), PMP CAPM or Hermes Foundation, or are willing to complete one.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills, French skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility: You are willing to be on-site with clients and enjoy working in agile teams.
