Your Role

• Discover, analyze, and formalize client needs
• Translate needs into technical objectives
• Ensure solution-needs alignment
• Facilitate exchanges between parties
• Identify encountered problems and propose solutions

Your Actions

• Project scoping and upstream studies (roadmap, specifications, business analysis, etc.)
• Identification, collection, and formalization of information
• Analysis of collected information (needs analysis, existing situation, gaps)
• Definition of the target solution (writing functional specifications)
• Project progress monitoring in conjunction with IT and business teams
• Development of testing strategy and test plans
• Organization, planning, and monitoring of project deployment
• Change management support for stakeholders: training strategy and plan, communication, gamification, design of change management tools (goodies, videos, tutorials, etc.)

Other Contributions

• Relay useful information for client development

Your Profile

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management and/or consulting
• Operational proficiency in English, written and spoken (meetings, workshops, interviews)
• Strong writing and synthesis skills
• Knowledge of business analysis tools
• Knowledge of methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2)
• Knowledge of the personal insurance sector is a plus
