Mission Context

In a context of digital transformation and IT system openness, an organization in the banking sector is strengthening its teams with a Business Analyst specializing in Emission Payment Systems and APIs.

The mission is part of a rapidly evolving environment, with:

• Increasing exposure of services via API
• Challenges around emission payment systems (cards, authorization, mobile payment)
• Multiple interactions with internal teams and external partners

The consultant will be involved in activities related to evolutionary maintenance, API integration support, and new project management.

Responsibilities

Analysis & Scoping

• Gather and formalize business needs
• Facilitate workshops with IT, business, and partner teams
• Conduct feasibility studies and scope solutions

Management & Coordination

• Manage one or more projects in parallel
• Coordinate various contributors (development, business, partners, production)
• Ensure budget monitoring and reporting

API & Payment Systems

• Participate in API exposure and integration projects
• Support integration with existing APIs
• Contribute to the implementation of new APIs

Specifications & Documentation

• Write:
  • Expressions of need (EDB)
  • Configuration files
  • Parameterization guides
• Document flows and interfaces

Testing & Quality

• Define testing strategies
• Write and execute test cases
• Track anomalies and manage their resolution
• Participate in internal and community acceptance testing

Support & Production

• Analyze production incidents (level 3)
• Contribute to anomaly resolution
• Provide functional and technical support

Technical Skills

Payment Systems & Functional

• Expertise in emission payment systems:
  • Card manufacturing
  • Issuer authorization
  • Mobile payment
  • Cardholder services
• Good understanding of payment flows

API & Integration

• REST API (mandatory)
