As part of our strong growth and the acceleration of client demand for Artificial Intelligence topics, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (CDI) within our Data & AI Business Unit.

This role is resolutely focused on technical delivery: you will work directly within our clients' datalabs and product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions in production. The position is available as soon as possible.

Mission

By joining our Business Unit, you will be involved in diverse missions:

1. With our clients in the banking and insurance sectors:

• Act as an AI Tech Lead within clients' datalabs and product teams: design, develop, and deploy generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Develop and industrialize advanced RAG pipelines end-to-end: document ingestion, chunking and embedding strategies, vector store integration, re-ranking, GraphRAG, and Agentic RAG.
• Design and implement multi-agent architectures (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) to automate complex business processes.
• Perform fine-tuning and adaptation of LLMs to specific business contexts (LoRA, QLoRA, DPO/RLHF): dataset preparation, training, systematic evaluation.
• Build production MLOps/LLMOps infrastructures: model CI/CD, high-performance serving (vLLM, TGI, FastAPI), monitoring, observability, and drift management.
• Code daily in Python: develop robust APIs, internal libraries, rapid prototyping tools, ensuring code quality.
• Actively monitor technology trends and quickly integrate the latest advancements (autonomous agents, multimodality, advanced reasoning, MCP) into developed solutions.

2. Internally:

• Contribute to pre-sales by providing technical credibility: demonstrations, PoCs, estimations, and solution architectures.
• Lead internal training sessions, knowledge sharing sessions, and represent Nexialog at technical events.
• Develop and maintain internal accelerators: reusable RAG frameworks, prompt libraries, evaluation tools, deployment templates.

Profile

You are the right candidate if:

• You are a graduate of a top engineering school or a leading university program in computer science, data science, or artificial intelligence.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, with daily coding practice in a production environment. Exposure to the financial sector (banking, insurance, mutuals) is highly desirable.
• You are an experienced Python developer with a strong emphasis on code quality.
• You master the latest frameworks and tools in the generative AI ecosystem.
• You have hands-on expertise in advanced RAG architectures, model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF/DPO), and evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval, LangSmith).
• You are comfortable with Cloud environments, containerization tools, and MLOps/LLMOps practices (MLflow, Weights & Biases, model CI/CD, production monitoring).
• You are interested in the business challenges of banking and insurance (actuarial science, risk management, regulatory compliance) and can communicate with business teams to understand and solve their problems.
• You have a natural ability to technically mentor teams (mentoring, pair programming, architecture).
• You have a strong command of technical English.
