(Senior) Consultant Data & Analytics

• You think in results, not buzzwords, and transform data and AI into revenue, efficiency, and better sales experiences for our clients.
• You advise at the interface of business, data & technology, working hand-in-hand with software engineers, IT architects, and business stakeholders.
• You develop Data & Analytics / AI strategies that don't end up on the shelf but are implemented under your leadership.
• You accompany implementations with our tech colleagues and keep things on track.
• You strengthen data literacy at our clients, conduct training, and create acceptance for change.
• You shape our expertise and offering by creating content (whitepapers, proposals, presentations), contextualizing trends, and inspiring clients.
• You work in lean, high-performing teams – remotely and on-site with clients in Switzerland.
• As a Senior Consultant, you will independently lead large conceptual and technical projects for strategically important clients and actively shape the offering in the field of data and AI.

What you bring

• You have a university / university of applied sciences degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, etc.).
• You have >5 years of professional experience, including independent project management – ideally from consulting or from data-driven transformation programs in the financial industry.
• You understand the fundamentals of Data and AI: data models and platforms, BI/reporting, data governance and data management frameworks, application areas of GenAI and ML, etc., without having to be an engineer yourself.
• You are familiar with common tools and technologies in the Data & Analytics and AI space and understand their capabilities and application areas.
• Experience with specific technologies for data preparation and visualization such as PowerBI, Data Bricks Delta Lake, Snowflake, and Fabric is a plus.
• You have already gained experience in pre-sales and sales and are motivated to further develop our service offering and establish it in the market.
• You are a strategic and analytical thinker with strong conceptual, planning, and communication skills.
• You have experience managing various stakeholder groups, including C-level executives.
• You are a good storyteller and can easily get to the point with complex issues in workshops and presentations.
• You take responsibility and initiative, are collaborative, and value an open and constructive feedback culture.
• You have flawless German and English skills.
• Preferred: Experience with modern AI-powered analysis and research tools such as AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
