Your Environment

To serve the group's ambitions and strategy defined in the rAIse program, Sopra Steria France launched its dedicated practice in 2024, which now has about 75 consultants in Paris, Strasbourg, Nantes, and Toulouse. The team currently brings together Smart Industry skills (IoT, metaverse, digital twins...) and IA for Business (Gen AI, Computer Vision...).

In strong growth, the practice's uniqueness lies in working on the end-to-end value chain, from AI strategy to solution run, including a roadmap of prioritized use cases. The practice frames, designs, prototypes, and industrializes AI and IoT solutions. It therefore mixes profiles of consultants in Strategy and digital transformation with more technical profiles (data scientists, GenAI builders, ML engineers...) serving all our business sectors.

Your Missions

As a Junior DevOps IA Consultant for the IA SMart OPS team, you will collaborate with a diversity of profiles and on multi-sector missions.

You are a curious DevOps profile and want to work on AI in production. You go beyond POCs and Notebooks to evolve on concrete, industrialized, deployed, and scalable AI / Gen AI assets.

You will participate in the deployment of our internal AI solutions, with the possibility later of working on major client environments.

Concretely, you will:

• Industrialize AI / LLM applications
• Containerize and deploy (Docker)
• Set up CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in the design of cloud architectures
• Work on GPU / performance issues
• Contribute to structuring our DevOps / LLMOps platform

This position is designed as a gateway to a DevOps Architect / AI Platform Engineer role. We will therefore progressively develop your skills in advanced MLOps, LLMOps, AI cloud architecture, model governance, and AI industrialization best practices.

Required Knowledge

• Good command of Python
• Knowledge in DevOps: ** Docker ** CI/CD ** Git ** Kubernetes (basics) ** Terraform (basics appreciated)
• Very strong interest in generative AI

Appreciated Skills (but not mandatory)

• Knowledge of a cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OVH, Scaleway)
• Notions of MLOps
• MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow
• RAG, embeddings, LLM
• PyTorch/Tensorflow
