This role involves driving and analyzing marketing performance on an international scale, leveraging data. It includes supporting marketing teams in identifying their needs, designing and automating reporting and analysis solutions (dashboards, extractions, KPIs), and formulating data-driven strategic recommendations. The role also encompasses data management and structuring (data lineage, dictionary), developing robust and maintainable data flows (particularly using Dataiku, SQL, and Python), and implementing simple analytical models. Constant interaction with business and IT teams in several countries is required, demanding strong cross-functional coordination, attention to data quality, and effective international communication.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data, statistics, analytical marketing, or an equivalent field, with significant experience in data analysis applied to marketing. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as advanced SQL, Dataiku, and Tableau is expected, along with foundational Python skills. A good understanding of data management challenges (data quality, data lineage, data dictionary) is required. The candidate must demonstrate a developed analytical mindset, the ability to translate business needs into concrete data solutions, and to formulate high-value recommendations. Experience in cross-functional project management and the ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders are essential.
