Balder Solutions is recruiting BI / Data profiles for permanent positions (CDI).

As part of our business development, Balder Solutions is looking for several BI / Data profiles to work on a project in the public transport sector.

We are looking for consultants capable of supporting decision-making projects with significant business stakes, in a complex, demanding environment strongly oriented towards operational management.

Positions Sought:

Consultant BI / Data Analyst

Your Missions May Include:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs;
• Defining steering indicators and dashboards;
• Designing BI reports and decision support tools;
• Exploiting, structuring, and validating data;
• Liaising between business, IT, and data teams;
• Contributing to scoping, testing, deployment, and change management phases.

Expected Skills:

• Good command of BI and decision-making environments;
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent;
• Proficiency in SQL and good understanding of data flows;
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into clear indicators;
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.

Experience in public transport, mobility, operations, maintenance, ticketing, passenger systems, or large IT environments would be particularly appreciated.
