Creating real added value from data and artificial intelligence only happens when it is structured and managed cleanly. In this role, you will support companies in successfully bringing Data and AI initiatives from idea to productive operation – with a clear focus on business goals, governance, and sustainable implementation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end control of demanding Data and AI projects – from initial planning to successful implementation
• Responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, and quality, as well as active risk, dependency, and escalation management
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams from Data, AI, and Engineering and ensuring smooth collaboration
• Central point of contact for clients at project, management, and stakeholder level
• Close collaboration with sales and account teams, e.g., for offers, change requests, and project developments
• Use of modern project and delivery tools for transparent control, reporting, and decision-making

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies with an IT or business focus, e.g., (Business) Informatics, Data Science, or comparable
• Initial experience in project management or as a Business Analyst in data, technology, or AI-related environments
• Familiarity with modern project and analysis tools such as Power BI, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops, as well as affinity for cloud and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Services, Azure OpenAI)
• Practical experience in the implementation of Data, Analytics, or AI projects and understanding of their technical and organizational specifics
• Strong consulting mindset with a confident demeanor towards clients and stakeholders, as well as economic understanding
• Very good German and English skills, as well as occasional willingness to travel, complete your profile
