TIME TO SHINE - Your Responsibilities

• You win candidates over via various recruiting channels and manage the entire application process.
• You conduct professional job interviews, check qualifications, and create meaningful candidate profiles.
• You take responsibility for contract management and support our employees throughout their entire deployment period.
• You purposefully place employees within the scope of temporary employment or personnel placement and ensure smooth cooperation between our clients and candidates.
• You look after new and existing clients and continuously expand your network.
• You represent our HR services at career fairs and relevant events.

YOUR PROFILE - What you bring

• You have completed training as a personnel services agent (m/f/d) (or commercial training) and/or a degree in social sciences, economics, or commercial/technical fields (or have comparable qualifications).
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a personnel dispatcher (m/f/d), personnel consultant (m/f/d), or recruiter (m/f/d) in the personnel services, consulting, or placement industry.
• Career changers (m/f/d) with relevant backgrounds are also very welcome.
• Ideally, you have already gained extensive sales experience and celebrated successes.
• A growth- and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting characterizes you.
• Your enthusiasm and communication skills are unparalleled.
