Your Responsibilities

• Conducting job interviews, checking qualifications, and creating meaningful candidate profiles
• Acquiring suitable applicants through various recruiting channels
• Managing the entire application process up to hiring
• Responsibility for contract management and supporting employees during the assignment period
• Targeted placement within the framework of temporary employment and personnel placement
• Ensuring a perfect match by checking qualifications
• Supporting and developing existing and new customer relationships

What You Should Bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Personnel Services Clerk), university degree, or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the B2B environment, in personnel services, or field sales
• Valid driver's license class B for flexible field service activities
• Growth-oriented, solution-focused, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a convincing demeanor towards customers and partners
