Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Data, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Senior Data Analyst / Engineer expert(e) sur GCP et DBT pour intervenir sur des missions stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée chez nos clients grands comptes.

Your Missions

Directly integrated with our clients for long-term assignments, you will work in complex environments to structure, model, and leverage data. Your responsibilities include:

• Architecture & Modeling: Design, optimize, and maintain modern, robust, and scalable data architectures.
• Analytics Engineering: Structure data transformation layers, document models, and implement rigorous quality tests using DBT.
• Data Pipeline: Develop and orchestrate complex data pipelines (ETL/ELT) by leveraging the entire Google Cloud Platform ecosystem (BigQuery, Composer, etc.).
• Business Intelligence & Analysis: Translate business needs into performance indicators (KPIs) and design impactful decision-support dashboards.
• Mentoring & Best Practices: Disseminate development best practices (CI/CD, versioning via Git) and support the skill development of more junior profiles at the client's site.

The Ideal Candidate

• Profile: You have a dual technical (Engineering) and functional (Analysis) sensibility, essential for carrying out expert missions.
• Education: Master's degree from an Engineering School.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a hybrid Data Engineer / Data Analyst role.
• GCP Expertise: Essential advanced mastery of the Google Cloud environment (especially BigQuery).
• DBT Mastery: Absolute mastery of dbt; you use dbt daily (macros, packages, tests, documentation) and know how to structure an enterprise-level dbt project.
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL (essential) and Python (solid mastery for scripting and data manipulation).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, consultant posture (listening, adaptability, proactivity), and ability to simplify complex topics for business teams.
