Your daily life

By joining us in Meudon, you will join the Group's headquarters located on the banks of the Seine, organized as a true campus, bringing together in particular our digital identity and security activities.

Within Thales Consulting, the Group's internal consulting team, you will support Thales entities in their transformation projects. You will primarily be involved in issues related to engineering, operations, and organizational performance improvement, in an international and multi-business environment.

Your missions

In this role, you will undertake consulting missions for the Group's entities:

• Conduct organizational and operational diagnostics.
• Support transformation and optimization projects for engineering organizations.
• Be involved in product or system development project management topics.
• Contribute to the improvement of engineering practices (Lean, Agile, process performance).
• Participate in structuring missions and supervising project teams.
• Contribute to the drafting of consulting proposals and the development of the offering.

Travel in France and internationally is to be expected.

Your profile

Graduated from an engineering school or a top-tier business school, you have approximately 10 to 15 years of experience in a consulting firm or in an industrial or technological environment.

You have developed skills in:

• Organizational transformation and operational performance,
• Complex project management,
• Improvement of engineering practices (Lean, Agile, development processes),
• Analysis and structuring of complex problems,
• Team leadership and stakeholder coordination.

With excellent interpersonal skills and a recognized analytical mind, you know how to structure your recommendations and support their implementation. Proficiency in English is essential.
