Your Role
Within the Avenir Conseil Engineering Department, you will act as a Proxy PO Consultant.
Main Missions
- Lead business workshops to gather and analyze user pain points and functional needs.
- Formalize AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Build solutions in conjunction with development teams and the product development roadmap.
- Write functional specifications, validate requirement coverage, write step-by-step methodologies, and formalize the testing strategy.
- Manage functional evolutions and track deliveries in coordination with technical teams, execute functional tests.
- Organize demonstration/onboarding workshops with Key Users.
- Support Training and Assistance teams, and assist end-users in adopting the solution.
Your Profile
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a generalist Master's degree (Bac+5), with solid technical and business knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Differentiating assets: experience in the automotive or aeronautical industrial environment, as well as initial experience in a 3DX Cloud environment.
- Certifications or additional training on PLM solutions (3DExperience Cloud, Teamcenter, Windchill) highly valued.
Technical Skills
- Needs analysis, writing optimized specifications (OOTB / configuration).
- Solution-oriented and focused on added value to promote user adoption.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly the Web part (3DDashboards, Data Perspectives...) and the Digital Mock-Up.
- Skills in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
