Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM Technical Solution Architect to lead our clients' CRM implementation projects. This role will be responsible for driving presales activities, designing scalable CRM architectures, and guiding implementation teams to ensure high quality delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end technical architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Participate in presales activities, including requirement discussions, solution proposals, effort estimation, and technical presentations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Define integration strategies with external systems using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Review solution designs, customization, plugins, workflows, and configurations to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee data migration planning, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and provide expert guidance on technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer leading CRM implementations.
  • Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with system integration (REST API, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with both local Canadian teams and global delivery teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM and Power Platform.
  • Experience with large enterprise clients and international project delivery.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agentic CRM.
  • Experience in presales or consulting roles.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security models, and solution compliance.
