Consulting Software Engineer

Your role in the team

• With us, you not only develop backend services for the integration and automation of business processes – you actively advise our clients, identify their challenges, and work together with your team to develop tailored solutions.
• In projects with up to 10 developers, you work closely with our clients – from requirements analysis through design to implementation.
• Regular, professional customer contact is an integral part of your work.
• You are part of workshops, plan features with clients, and present results in sprint reviews — transparently, professionally convincing, and at eye level.
• We rely on SCRUM in many projects, which means you actively participate in the typical rituals – and also incorporate customer wishes, gather feedback, and provide consulting.
  • Sprint Planning & Story Refinement (joint task planning, clarification of requirements)
  • Sprint reviews with clients (presentations & feedback sessions)
  • Sprint Retrospectives (reflection & improvement)
  • Daily team meetings
• You develop solutions based on .NET (Core), C#, and Visual Studio (Code) within a modern toolchain (Azure DevOps, ReSharper, CI/CD, GIT, etc.) — but always with an eye for the value added for the customer.
• Your technical expertise and your ability to communicate customer‑oriented are incorporated into every decision.

What we offer

• Starting salary between €48,000 and €90,000 per year – depending on skill level
