Responsibilities

As a key driver of the consumer experience, your "day in the life" will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution:

  • Omnichannel Execution: Translate high-level brand strategy into actionable marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of insight-driven, personalized content, ensuring all assets align with brand positioning.
  • Agency Management: Act as the primary bridge for agency partners, providing clear strategic direction to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Performance Optimization: Partner with media agencies and analytics teams to monitor channel performance, reporting on key metrics to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with regulatory, legal, and medical partners to strengthen promotional claims and ensure all messaging stays within label guidelines.
  • Data-Driven Influence: Generate and analyze consumer data to inform audience focus, making proactive recommendations based on market dynamics.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must bring a balance of creative intuition and analytical rigor:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in Asset Development and a track record of pulling consumer strategy through to final execution.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of the regulatory environment (highly preferred) to navigate the creative approval process effectively.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and optimized marketing tactics.
  • Core Competencies: Must be a self-starter with a proactive attitude and a history of managing multi-million dollar budgets and tight timelines.
