About the Role

We are looking for a data‑driven, creative marketer to own the global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for our flagship products. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will translate consumer insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and launch plans that resonate across all customer touch‑points. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role that partners with Consumer Insights, Sales, Product, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure flawless execution of worldwide product introductions.


Key Responsibilities

Area What You’ll Do
GTM Strategy & Execution • Design and drive end‑to‑end global launch plans (timeline, budget, KPIs).
• Align regional teams on rollout cadence, channel mix, and performance metrics.
Positioning & Messaging • Craft clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Produce creative briefs that inspire copy, design, and video assets.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Partner with Consumer Insights to embed research findings into every launch.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement to develop tools, decks, and training.
• Coordinate with Product Management to ensure feature‑to‑benefit translation.
Asset Review & Governance • Serve as the final gatekeeper for all external communications, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency.
Project Management • Own project schedules, risk logs, and status reporting using digital PM tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Performance & Optimization • Track launch performance against KPIs (adoption, revenue, NPS, etc.) and recommend data‑driven refinements.

Required Qualifications

Must‑Have Details
Experience 3–5 years in product or brand marketing (agency or in‑house).
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Core Skills • Proven GTM strategy development and execution.
• Strong consumer‑insight orientation (qualitative & quantitative).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling stories.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Location Must reside within a 30‑mile radius of Bedford, MA (local candidates only).

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills

  • Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) marketing experience, especially e‑commerce or subscription models.
  • Hands‑on experience with digital project‑management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with global compliance and localization processes.
  • Experience working in a fast‑moving, matrixed organization.
