Containerization SME

About

We’re looking for a Containerization SME to build, secure, and deploy containerized applications within a CI/CD pipeline. This person will own the end-to-end process from container creation through Kubernetes deployment, with a strong focus on automation, security, and efficiency.

• Mission-critical research and development program funded by LMCO developing technologies that impact numerous products and programs across RMS.

Requirements

• Minimum Secret clearance – can hold TS
• Build and optimize container images using Podman/Docker
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes (K8s) environments
• Integrate container workflows into CI/CD pipelines (build, test, package, deploy)
• Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python
• Create and maintain Helm charts for consistent Kubernetes deployments
• Implement security scanning (Fortify) within the pipeline to ensure code compliance
• Improve pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability
