After an incredible year of growth, the business is now expanding its marketing team and hiring for a Content Creation Manager to drive engaging, trend-led content and influencer activity across all social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of engaging, high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram and other social channels across EU markets/
• Develop fresh, trend-led content ideas that align with brand campaigns and audience engagement.
• Manage influencer relationships and coordinate creator partnerships from outreach through to execution.
• Plan and oversee content shoots, ensuring all content is on-brand and commercially effective.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to support launches, campaigns, and brand activity.
• Monitor content and social performance, using insights and trends to optimise future strategy.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities within the Beauty space.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Content Creation, Social Media, or Influencer Marketing role within Beauty or FMCG.
• Need experience of working across the EU markets.
• Strong experience creating engaging social-first content, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven experience managing influencers, creators, and external content partners.
• A highly creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social trends and consumer behaviour.
• Confidence planning and directing content shoots from concept through to delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for Beauty, social media, and digital culture.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
