Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, as a Content Creation & Marketing Coach. The coach will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students in developing impactful content and effective marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include supporting content strategy development, teaching communication and writing skills, overseeing content management, and fostering a creative and collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to guide and mentor others effectively.
• Experience in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy for creating impactful and engaging materials.
• Understanding of Content Management processes for overseeing and optimizing content production and distribution.
• Ability to build positive relationships with youth through strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools for marketing is beneficial.
• Passion for youth development and equity-driven education initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
