Content & Design Marketing Manager
Evora IT Solutions
About the role
Who We Are
Evorait is a global SAP and ServiceNow implementation partner specializing in enterprise asset management, field service management, and workforce management solutions. With over 900 successful projects across utilities, manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and oil & gas, we help complex organizations turn plant and field operations into measurable, end‑to‑end performance.
Headquartered in Germany with a growing Americas presence, Evorait is a Great Place to Work®‑certified company where technical depth meets genuine collaboration. We don’t just implement technology — we make it work for the people who use it every day.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Content & Design Marketing Manager to join our Americas marketing team — someone who can both craft compelling marketing narratives and bring them to life visually. You will own the creation of the assets, collateral, and brand materials that fuel Evorait’s go‑to‑market engine in North America.
- High‑impact individual contributor role.
- Primary output: content creation (sales one‑pagers, solution briefs, campaign copy).
- You also design the assets yourself, building polished, on‑brand materials without handing off to a separate designer.
- Comfortable working in Google Docs and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ideal profile: a content‑first marketer with strong visual design skills, experienced in a B2B technology company and aware of how marketing materials directly support sales.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Sales Enablement — Primary Focus
- Write and produce high‑quality B2B marketing collateral: sales one‑pagers, solution briefs, battle cards, case studies, capability decks, and ROI summaries tailored to Evorait’s target industries and buyer personas.
- Translate complex SAP and ServiceNow solution concepts into clear, benefit‑driven language that resonates with business buyers in utilities, manufacturing, transportation, and pharma.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, up‑to‑date library of sales enablement assets that the Americas sales team can rely on throughout the buyer journey.
- Write copy for email campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, LinkedIn, and event materials — adapting tone and messaging for executive, technical, and procurement audiences.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop messaging frameworks and positioning for new offerings, market segments, and campaign themes.
Design & Visual Production — Core Skill
- Independently produce polished, on‑brand marketing assets across print, digital, and web — including sales presentations, event materials, campaign graphics, social visuals, and internal communications.
- Own and maintain Evorait’s Americas brand consistency: apply and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems across all customer and sales touchpoints.
- Design executive‑level presentations and capability decks that communicate Evorait’s value clearly and professionally to enterprise buyers.
- Apply analytics and feedback loops to evaluate asset performance and iterate on design and messaging — ensuring materials not only look strong but drive engagement.
- Collaborate with global marketing to localize and adapt EMEA‑produced assets for the North American market, maintaining brand cohesion across regions.
Campaign & Go‑to‑Market Support
- Support integrated demand generation campaigns by developing the content and creative assets that bring them to life across channels.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to identify content gaps, prioritize asset creation, and keep marketing materials tightly aligned to active sales motions.
- Support event marketing (SAP for Utilities, ASUG, ServiceNow Knowledge, and similar) with booth materials, speaker decks, and pre/post‑event content packages.
Content & Design Operations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear prioritization and proactive stakeholder communication.
- Organize and maintain a centralized asset repository so the sales team can always find current, approved materials.
- Apply programming or workflow automation skills where applicable to streamline asset production and design‑to‑delivery processes.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a primary focus on content creation and sales asset development.
- Exceptional writing skills — you produce crisp, persuasive, audience‑appropriate copy independently and at pace.
- Strong visual design craft with hands‑on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma; you produce production‑ready assets without external design support.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply brand systems, design templates, and visual guidelines at a professional level.
- Experience producing marketing and sales collateral for a B2B technology company — assets that have been used in real sales cycles.
- Comfort with analytics and iterating on asset performance — you use data to improve, not just ship and forget.
- Strong project management habits — you manage your own workload, communicate proactively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with sales teams to build enablement materials that accelerate pipeline.
The Following Experience Will Significantly Strengthen Your Application
- Experience working at or with a SAP partner, SAP ecosystem company, or ServiceNow partner — you understand ERP/EAM solution marketing and the enterprise buying journey.
- Familiarity with SAP EAM, FSM, S/4HANA, or ServiceNow product areas.
- Background in branding or rebranding projects — having owned the evolution of a company’s visual identity end‑to‑end.
- Front‑end development or scripting skills that you have applied to streamline marketing workflows or automate design tasks.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- French language skills (an asset for Quebec‑based candidates).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary, generous PTO, comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage, and 401(k) with employer match.
- Ongoing training and professional development, including learning credits for SAP and industry certifications.
- High autonomy with the opportunity to lead initiatives end‑to‑end and make a measurable impact.
- Exposure to complex, global SAP implementations across North America.
- A collaborative, people‑first, remote culture with annual company trips in the U.S. and globally.
