We are looking for experienced Content Developer, Digital Marketer to market one of our solution-LeaderDesk - a team management and performance platform designed to help leaders organize their teams, manage prospects, track performance, and grow faster.

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketer who can create compelling content and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and platform adoption.
This is not just a content role — we want someone who understands growth, conversion, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Create high-converting content (graphics, short videos, copy)
- Develop WhatsApp, social media, and campaign content
- Translate product features into clear user benefits
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads and signups
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Manage social media channels and engagement
Growth & Conversion:
- Build and optimize funnels (Ads → WhatsApp → Signup)
- Improve conversion rates from content and campaigns
- Track performance and iterate based on results
Platform Adoption:
- Create content that drives daily usage of LeaderDesk
- Support onboarding and engagement campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation
- Conversion funnels
- Social media marketing
- Ability to create:
- Graphics (Canva or similar)
- Short-form video content
- Persuasive copy
- Experience with performance marketing is a big plus

Compensation
