About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with DexCare’s brand narrative, marketing objectives, and audience needs across providers, health systems, and digital health partners
- Create, edit, and oversee production of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, executive-level op-eds, white papers, thought leadership, videos, and social media assets
- Conceptualize and produce gated, high-value content, such as strategic playbooks, solution briefs, and executive guides, that fuel account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, accelerate lead capture, and deepen engagement with priority accounts
- Plan, execute, and promote webinars, both internally produced and with external partners, as well as support speaking sessions and event topics that educate prospects and customers
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure content supports campaigns, launches, and key initiatives
- Uphold DexCare’s voice, tone, and brand standards across all touchpoints
- Own the content calendar—plan, prioritize, and schedule content to support marketing campaigns, events, and announcements
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely content delivery and publication
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics; share insights to guide future strategy
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables
- Develop clear briefs, provide feedback, and oversee timelines and deliverables
- Evaluate vendor performance and optimize resources across multiple content streams
- Manage content-related budgets, including agency fees, production costs, and content tools
- Track spend against plan and identify opportunities for efficiency and reinvestment
- Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage vendor contracts and invoicing
