Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the further development and ongoing optimization of the ALPS RESORTS website and booking process – from content creation and landing pages to conversion optimization.
• You manage our newsletter marketing and take responsibility for selected areas of our CRM system.
• You conduct regular analyses and reports, evaluate performance, and derive targeted measures for continuous improvement.
• You actively contribute your own ideas and thus make an important contribution to the sustainable growth of ALPS RESORTS.

Requirements

What Sets You Apart:

You Convince With:

• Completed training in online marketing, ideally with a focus on content marketing.
• Initial experience in SEO and GEO.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
• A good feel for imagery and experience in image editing.
• Confident use of content management systems (ideally Contao) and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sistrix or HubSpot.
• Ideally, initial experience in the hotel industry or a related field.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips, for example for team meetings or content creation in our resorts.

The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 2,800 gross, with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and professional experience.
