Content Marketing Lead DACH | MarTech/Data Analytics/BI SaaS | €70k-80k & Remote from Germany
This is a Germany-based remote role, and a fluent level of German and English are essential to be a successful applicant.

With 1% global market share already, they are now launching their first outbound go-to-market strategy, with Germany as a top priority alongside France and the US. This is one of their most mature markets, with an ambitious plan to move from mid-market dominance into the enterprise space.
Your Role as Content Marketing Lead
Own and scale the global content and SEO engine while localising high-impact programs for Germany. You'll create full-funnel content-from education for self-serve users to thought leadership and conversion assets for enterprise buyers-working tightly with product marketing, community, and demand gen to standardise a repeatable, scalable approach across regions and formats.
- Build SEO programs, brief and deliver blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, nurture flows; improve organic visibility and conversion with HubSpot, GSC & SEO tools.
- Partner on video content (thought leadership, explainers, customer stories) and repurpose across web, email, social, and events.
- Collaborate with PR/analyst and partner teams to elevate brand positioning in privacy, ethics, and analytics innovation.
- Track success (traffic, rankings, conversions, regional performance) and continuously optimise content quality, velocity, and impact.
Who You Are
Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing (Data/Analytics/BI/MarTech ideal), with hands-on SEO and localisation.
- Comfortable managing agencies (PR, localisation, video) and aligning content for both PLG and SLG models.
- Familiar with video planning/storytelling and tools like HubSpot, Google Search Console, WordPress, and core SEO stacks.
Personality/Soft-Skills:
- A crisp storyteller and exceptional communicator; customer-centric and data-informed; collaborative with Product, Sales, Community, and Demand Gen; able to standardise processes and ship at pace.
Languages:
- Fluent in German and English.
