ABOUT THE ROLE

The position involves developing and executing content strategies that power go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels, serving as the core content engine that translates business goals into engagement.

MAIN DUTIES

The candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of content strategy and asset creation.

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain a content strategy aligned to GTM campaign plans across the full marketing funnel; manage a content calendar and maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Create, manage, and edit high-quality content assets including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email copy, social media content, and landing pages.
  • Collaboration and Operations: Partner with Geo Marketing Managers and Product Marketing Managers to tailor content; work with Campaign Ops to ensure content is trafficked, tagged, and deployed on schedule.
  • Optimization and Innovation: Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy; support SEO through keyword-informed creation; champion AI tool adoption to accelerate content creation.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate brings significant experience in strategic B2B content marketing and technical storytelling.

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or technology/training sectors; proven track record developing multi-channel content strategies tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; experience working across web, email, social, and blog channels; strong project management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI content creation tools, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation systems; comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales.
