Position Overview

If you know how to turn content into bookings, this role is for you. As our Content Marketing Manager, Hospitality, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind high‑performing email, social, and digital campaigns that elevate our brand and fill rooms.

What Will You Do?

  • Content Planning

    • Work with hospitality marketing team to develop a monthly content calendar to align communications, offers and sales initiatives, social media and email marketing strategies.
  • Email Marketing

    • Manage email lists – audit, organize, segment.
    • Execute brand campaigns, property & market specific tactical campaigns.
    • Manage strategic OTA win‑back campaigns.
    • Manage all aspects of pre/during/post arrival experience communications.
  • Social Media Content & Engagement

    • Develop on‑brand visual content and copy that boosts engagement, grows audience, and drives website traffic for direct bookings.
    • Manage monthly content calendar for all channels.
    • Manage property influencer collaboration arrangements and source on‑brand user generated content.
  • Reputation Management

    • Improve current response rates by providing support to properties on communications strategies for handling reviews, audit response rates across the brand.
    • Audit and update all Business Listings: Google My Business, Trip Advisor and OTA listings to ensure content, imagery and offers are up to date and consistent across all channels.
  • Reporting & Analyzing

    • Prepare monthly market and brand reports covering social media and email marketing analytics including recommendations on campaign management.
  • Website

    • Work with the hospitality marketing team to write fresh editorial content.
    • Keep stay offers and hotel information up to date.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing & Communications.
  • Post‑Secondary Education with a focus in Marketing & Communications or other related field.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Previous experience with a CMS.
  • Marketing experience from the Hospitality, Travel or Tourism industry considered a strong asset.
  • Previous experience with email marketing platforms and executing email marketing strategies across a consumer journey.
  • Experience managing and creating content for social media.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Design Suite.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000
