Position Overview
Vitamin is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to support and optimize organic performance across our existing client base. This role sits at the intersection of content, SEO, AI-assisted workflows, and digital execution, helping account teams consistently deliver high-quality, search-focused content aligned with client goals and inbound growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established systems and processes. This role is less about leading strategy and more about executing thoughtful, performance-minded content work that supports broader client initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable thinking critically on behalf of clients while following proven workflows, frameworks, and AI-assisted content methodologies developed by the Vitamin team.
This role is focused on consistent execution, content production, publishing, optimization, reporting support, and maintaining momentum across ongoing digital marketing initiatives.
Compensation
$45,000-55,000 annual base salary + benefits
(Commensurate with experience, contract option available for the right candidate)
Job Role
- Support ongoing SEO and organic content initiatives across an existing portfolio of Vitamin clients
- Use established Vitamin processes, AI-assisted workflows, and ChatGPT-based systems to develop SEO- and AEO-focused website content
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO performance monitoring using SEMrush and related tools
- Assist with content planning and execution aligned to inbound lead generation goals and client KPIs
- Publish and manage website content within WordPress, including formatting, optimization, QA, and updates
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms in coordination with account and creative teams
- Participate in bi-weekly client meetings to support project communication, content planning, and deliverable tracking
- Maintain dashboards, recurring reports, workflows, and internal project management processes
- Collaborate with account managers, strategists, designers, and developers to support ongoing client initiatives
- Help ensure content quality, consistency, brand alignment, and search optimization across all deliverables
- Track and report on organic performance metrics and support ongoing optimization efforts
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications, SEO, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management, or digital publishing workflows
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how content supports search visibility and inbound marketing
- Interest in AI-assisted content development and willingness to learn structured ChatGPT workflows and content processes
- Strong proofreading, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Organized and dependable with the ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Able to think critically and apply good judgment while following established workflows and systems
- Motivated to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to meaningful client work
- Culturally aligned: collaborative, curious, accountable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Experience with WordPress, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or related marketing tools is a plus, but not required
