Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Producer cum Editor to oversee end-to-end content creation—from concept development and production planning to post-production editing. The role requires strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Production Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video/content projects aligned with editorial and brand objectives
• Develop story outlines, scripts, and production schedules
• Manage shoots (studio and field), including logistics, locations, and permissions
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and adherence to editorial guidelines

Editing & Post-Production Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling final content
• Maintain narrative flow, pacing, sound balance, and visual continuity
• Add graphics, captions, tickers, voiceovers, music, and visual effects as required
• Review and revise edits based on editorial feedback

Content & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and ethical guidelines
• Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity
• Archive and manage footage efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong storytelling and editorial judgment
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Good understanding of camera work, lighting, sound, and framing
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Film & Television Production, or a related field
