We’re looking for a creative, driven, and socially savvy Content & Social Media Manager to bring Breeo’s brand to life across digital channels.

The Role

As the onsite (Lancaster, PA) Content & Social Media Manager, you will be the creative voice behind Breeo’s digital presence. This role is responsible for managing and growing Breeo’s social media channels, building relationships with influencers, and fostering a vibrant community of outdoor enthusiasts. You will work closely with the Brand and Creative teams to develop compelling content, coordinate product seeding programs, and capture on-brand content that drives engagement and supports both brand and creative goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Channel Management - Own and manage Breeo’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube). This includes developing and executing a content calendar for campaigns, launches, and events, as well as monitoring channel performance, reporting key metrics, and optimizing the content strategy with data and insights.
  • Influencer Management - Managing the entire influencer and content creator lifecycle, which includes identifying and vetting creators whose audiences align with Breeo's target customer, building relationships with them, and managing end-to-end campaigns—covering everything from briefs and deliverables to contracts and performance tracking—with the goal of cultivating long-term partnerships that authentically represent the Breeo brand and drive measurable awareness and conversion.
  • Community Management - Actively engaged with Breeo's online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally, identifying user-generated content opportunities to foster a loyal community, and monitoring brand sentiment across social platforms to flag key feedback and trends to the broader marketing team.
  • Product Seeding - Coordinate Breeo’s product seeding program, including identifying recipients and managing logistics. Involves tracking campaign outcomes to ensure content aligns with brand identity and awareness objectives. Also collaborates with the Brand team to guarantee seeded products meet Breeo’s premium packaging and presentation standards.
  • Content Capture - Capturing on-brand lifestyle and product photo/video content for use across social media, paid advertising, and the Breeo website, while also shooting real-time content at events and brand moments to enable timely and authentic social storytelling. A crucial responsibility is maintaining an organized content library and archiving all assets for easy access and utilization by the Brand and Creative teams.

Qualifications:

  • Social Media Expertise: Proven track record managing brand social channels with demonstrated growth in followers, engagement, and content performance across platforms
  • Influencer & Creator Relations: Experience building and managing influencer programs, with a strong network and understanding of the creator landscape
  • Content Creation Skills: Comfortable and experienced with creating socially optimized content that aligns with a premium lifestyle brand
  • Community Engagement: A natural connector who genuinely enjoys interacting with audiences and building authentic relationships on behalf of a brand
  • Creative Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and content streams simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Must be located in Lancaster, PA area
  • Willing to travel (Company sponsored)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year
