About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Writer Specialist/Manager with 2-3 years of expertise to own CloudThat’s content strategy and execution end-to-end. This is not just a writing role – it is a content leadership role where you will ensure every piece of content serves its purpose, drives measurable business impact, and strengthens CloudThat’s positioning as a thought leader in the industry.

The ideal candidate will craft and oversee content across formats – from short-form creative assets and ad copies to long-form thought leadership content, PR articles, and strategic marketing collaterals. You will own CloudThat’s brand voice, manage PR activities end-to-end, and collaborate with leadership, design, social media, and brand teams to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation, creation, publishing, and optimization.
  • Ensure CloudThat’s brand voice is consistent across all platforms and communications.
  • Manage PR activities end-to-end including press releases, executive articles, and media content.
  • Create content across formats – blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, e-books, brochures, landing pages, social media posts, ad copies, and video scripts.
  • Develop personalized content assets to support GTM initiatives and drive engagement.
  • Implement SEO strategies, conduct content audits, and track performance using analytics to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, social, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Identify new content opportunities, formats, and trends to improve effectiveness and engagement.
  • Build scalable content processes and ensure high-quality, impactful, and conversion-driven assets.
  • Drive career progression by growing into a Content Marketing Leader—leading strategy, innovation, and global brand storytelling.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in content writing, strategy, and management.
  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Experience managing PR, executive communications, and thought leadership content.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver business-driven content.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B tech/IT/cloud domain content.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Content Marketing.
  • Exposure to content analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring junior writers/content teams.
