Duties & Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive new business in contract cleaning services across Cape Town. This role suits a driven sales professional with experience in B2B services sales who is comfortable working in the field and closing long‑term contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new contract cleaning clients
• Conduct site visits and prepare quotations
• Close deals and build long‑term client relationships
• Manage sales pipeline and meet targets
• Liaise with operations teams for contract implementation

Requirements:

• Sales experience (cleaning / facilities / services preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
• Target‑driven, professional, and self‑motivated

Package:

• Basic salary + commission (market related)

Package & Remuneration

R 250 000 - R 300 000 - Annually
