Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Compliance Project Coordinator to support project delivery, contract review, stakeholder communication, and reporting across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer interface, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring client deliverables are met.
- Manage vendor, legal, submarket, and leadership communications related to contract amendments and project status.
- Develop project plans, schedules, dashboards, calendars, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, meeting minutes, and daily work-in-progress updates.
- Analyze project data, metrics, risks, and issues to provide leadership with clear program insights.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project coordination, stakeholder management, or contract-related experience.
- Strong contract compliance experience, including using AI tools to compare templates and identify deviations.
- Experience supporting contract negotiations or amendments with vendors, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across email, Slack, phone, and vendor meetings.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive, and Gmail.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or NotebookLM.
- Prior Telecommunication Network/Real Estate experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
