This is a project oriented environment, where recruiters work closely with project managers to define the appropriate candidate profile and search strategy on an assignment by assignment basis.

Responsibilities

• The recruiter researches and puts together a target list of potential candidates for each assignment.
• The recruiter is responsible for contacting those individuals to pulling together a long list of potential candidates for review with the project manager.

Qualifications

• University degree
• Preferably a CPA designation
• Experience with recruiting accounting and finance executives in a corporate or executive search environment.
