As a Contract Logistics specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage warehousing operations from start to finish for our clients. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to your team's success but also to the daily functioning and smooth performance of the warehouse and distribution centers. For example, by storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. The Contract Logistics Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of assigned projects, being the main point of contact for all involved teams. Coordinating administrative activities for documentation, tracking, and project reporting.

How to Make an Impact

• Manage the Scope of Small/Medium Projects in the Contract Logistics area.
• Implement Zero Failure (Gate 4 and 6).
• Implement and train the CTI methodology.
• Manage scope changes.
• Perform Control and reporting.
• Manage the time, scope, and budget of small and medium projects.
• Communicate and escalate risks.
• Manage project risks.
• Handle internal projects related to IMMEX.

What We'd Like You to Bring

• Graduated professional (Industrial Engineering or related in Logistics).
• Experience in project implementation and administration, mainly related to warehousing.
• Experience in companies in the logistics sector or logistics operator (3PL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Advanced English (essential).
